Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days. Delivery will be confirmed through an email notification and SMS that will be sent to you with a tracking number and relevant courier details.

No delivery fees will be charged for orders over ZAR 800.00 (Eight Hundred Rand South African Rand ). For orders under ZAR 800.00 (Eight Hundred South African Rand (ZAR)) a fee will be calculated according to delivery area and added to the receipt during checkout.

Available delivery areas are identified at the checkout process when the delivery address is entered, and it remains the responsibility of the customer to ensure the delivery address, including the suburb and postal code, is correct. You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
